Help! Reverse dieting....
Is it best to increase your caloric intake to your TDEE all at once.
Or to slowly add calories weekly until your reach your TDEE.

I would slowly add the calories otherwise you will freak out when you look at the scale. At least when I eat at my maintenance for a day I gain at least 1 lb overnight. I know it's water weight but I hate to see that I'm heavier...0
