I wouldn't bother with the gym for 15 minutes...it takes me 20 just to get there. Waste of time.0

I'd take that 15 min and just do a workout at home instead.
The only bad workout is the one you didn't do....
...but no, I wouldn't head all the way to the gym for just 15 min, I'd do some basic body weight stuff at home or go for a power walk instead.0 -

I don't think it's worth it. So much easier to do a video at home. Or go from a run or walk in your neighborhood.0

I would just exercise at home rather than go to a gym for 15 minute workout.0 -
Go with what you really want to do. Maybe you do some heavy workouts during that 15 minutes at the gym and it's appropriate for your goal; go ahead. My warming up usually takes around 5-10 minutes, so I prefer to exercise at home or take a walk around the neighborhood. I used to pay for a gym membership and I canceled it after 3 months. I thought that paying for the exercises would force me to take it more seriously, but I was wrong.0
