Should I go to the gym?

It'll only be for 15mins. And I'm way to comfy in bed.

    I wouldn't bother with the gym for 15 minutes...it takes me 20 just to get there. Waste of time.

    I'd take that 15 min and just do a workout at home instead.

    The only bad workout is the one you didn't do....

    ...but no, I wouldn't head all the way to the gym for just 15 min, I'd do some basic body weight stuff at home or go for a power walk instead.

    I don't think it's worth it. So much easier to do a video at home. Or go from a run or walk in your neighborhood.

    Is the gym next to your house?
    I would just exercise at home rather than go to a gym for 15 minute workout.

    Go with what you really want to do. Maybe you do some heavy workouts during that 15 minutes at the gym and it's appropriate for your goal; go ahead. My warming up usually takes around 5-10 minutes, so I prefer to exercise at home or take a walk around the neighborhood. I used to pay for a gym membership and I canceled it after 3 months. I thought that paying for the exercises would force me to take it more seriously, but I was wrong.
