from someone that i haven't seen in a while about how good i looked - that means EVERYTHING - i know i can see small changes but to have someone else notice and be JEALOUS (she is struggling to get her weight under control now) is CRAZY for me - I am usually the one ogling all the thin and beautifully toned moms at pre school or camp drop off - and she was ogling ME

    That is great! Doesn't it feel good to hear how good you look? I went to lunch with two other ladies and they said I am looking 10-15yrs younger because they can see I am losing and my face is getting thinner and I have now short hair...it made me feel so good!
