Hello all... does anyone know of a great Keto program that I don’t have to pay money for?

Enter food you want to eat in to MFP, adjusting food types and quantities to meet whatever macro breakdown you like, whilst also fitting in to whatever calorie goal you are aiming for3

Go to the grocery store and buy foods with very few net carbohydrates for their calories. Come home and eat them. Ta-da!4

That really is about it. Skip most refined grains (flours), sugars, fruit and starchy vegetables and you will probably be in ketosis. under 50g of carbs a day is usually low enough for most people to be in ketosis. Eat moderate protein (20-35%), and the rest is fat.
There are many good books out there to get you started. Keto Clarity is a very easy read. Ketogenic Bible is good. The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living is excellent.
The Low Carber Daily and Keto MFP groups can also help you get started.

if you do not want to pay money, just do the macro calculations yourself and go shopping, but you might be overwhelmed the first week or two... especially when it comes to cooking as you have to count every macro, if you want to be successful. Or, go to the library, get a KETO COOKBOOK, there is plenty of them and take pics of the recipes...otherwise, whole30 is very good or the ketomasterclass by Robb Wolf, excellent program... the Ketogenic Bible as mentioned by nvmomketo is great.0
