No budge

My macro calc is 1777 but I went with 1800, upped from then until now to 2000 with no scale budge.
Weighed today at 8, 2.6..., 4 weeks ago I was the same.
Lifting heavy 4 days a week and hitting macros pretty close to the bone. Could still eat more some days.
What would a decent increase be from 2000? I thought 2500 might be too much with fat gain?

Are you working off a TDEE or NEAT?
If NEAT how many calories are you eating back from lifting?
Either add 100 cals a week until you are gaining, or add 250 cals for a 0.5lbs a week gain, adjusting depending on results.

I would just keep increasing until you see some change. No change means you are at maintenance, so you could try upping to 2200 for two weeks and see if you get any gains. If not, add to 2400, if the gains are too much, go dosn to 2100 For somepeople, me included, they start subconsciously moving a lot more when they eat more, so you might have to increase by more than you assume2

If you could make a wish for your perfect rate of weight gain what would that be?

Not the answer I expected so glad I asked.
I can see why you thought of adding 500 cals/day now.
There's comes a point of diminishing returns of course (was it Eric Helms that said said gains can't be force fed?).
You could trial it for a month and see what happens. Until you get that feedback loop of long term results it's all experimentation to collect the real world data you need to base future decisions on.

I budged!! Put on 1 pound since last week, time will tell at 2200 cals for 3 more weeks I guess.1

One thing to remember is that there is an overfeeding effect and often a spontaneous increase to NEAT when adding more calories. So if you aren't gaining, i would generally add 10-15% more.1
