General Question Juicing

Approximately how much weight could a 15lb overweight female expect to lose on a 6 day strictly juice fast (non smoothie)? Would exercising every other day make much of a difference? Have any of you tried this? Should I be sure to drink 1200 calories? I understand this is an extremely general/broad/subjective question but I am a planner and I hope to lose 6 or 7 lbs for my final weight loss challenge weigh in on 6 days. Please do not judge, preach, or tell me what I am doing is wrong. I ask that only people who have tried this respond. I understand protein, sugar, and carbs should all be in check. Thanks.

You already know that what you're contemplating to do, is wrong. The people who have tried and promote this, aren't people you want to get advice from. But that's the only advice you'll accept. That's surely a dilemma.

When you don't eat or drink anything, you will empty your stomach and intestines. That has weight. A calorie deficit of 3500 equals a pound of fat. You do the math.

Not eating, and exercising, is a bad idea. It sounds like fun, but it really isn't.

If you are a planner, prove it. Make a plan you can stick to for months. 6 days is nothing in the long run, and the long run is the only thing that counts.

As a general guideline, don't do weight loss challenges.

Juice has calories. You'll lose as much weight as you'd lose if you ate the same number of calories.

Juice has no protein or fat. Your body needs both.
