I have been on and off a lazy low carb life style for years Started KETO seriously two weeks ago and I am logging every calorie. If you want to push me, add me. will be starting Intermittent fasting soon but my goal will be a long term fast 5-7 days by the end of summer.

Add me! I started Keto seriously two weeks ago and i have been logging everything and making huge progress on my health and weight. I had started a dairy free gluten free lifestyle for medical reasons but i still consumed too many carbs. I'm loving keto. It would be awesome to share progress or set backs with someone!2
