So I joined a while ago
By needing some motivation after missing a few weeks of the gym with a sprained ankle and two kids down with the pox.

So I start a course to finally become a PT. started years ago but kids etc so I applied in whim, was accepted. But I’m not in shape like I used to be so I have some weight to lose and to basically get fitter.

So any advice from PTs or recipes etc would be welcome and hello. Hoping this will motivate me more

    I have been there with the ankle sprain and kids lol. How bad is the spain? Mine kept me out the gym and not climbing for 14 weeks
