Any lunge/squat alternatives?

Hi all, I’m 55 with balky knees. Can anyone suggest an alternative to the dreaded lunge and squat? Thx!

Hey..
Understand your problem. To replace lunges and squats you need to do combination of a couple of exercises. Those which will target same group of muscles.
For example crunches and seated leg raise at an angle of 45 degrees0 -
Weighted hip thrusts/glute bridges. (Best exercise for glutes.)0
