I looked for these in the grocery store because of you! They didn’t have them. I want to try them though, so I got my eyes on the lookout. The har gow dim sum you posted the other day looked bomb. A little sriracha and soy would’ve made it perfect.

I saw a big display for these at the grocery store this weekend and thought of Mr. L’s food emporium!

 Dang! We don’t have the chain he mentioned, so I’m not sure if it’s only an east coast thing or not.

I’m out west and I saw them at Winco — wasn’t looking, just happened to notice them.

In my experience, with both sunny side up and over easy, some of the white is still runny/clear, not set/solid as Jo describes. Yuck.

Yea im not a fan of runny whites but it does happen quite often with sunny side or over easy. Im guilty of it sometimes when i take it off the skillet too eary without realizing it and not willing to throwi it back on with the risk of popping the yolk xD

In the last minute of cooking, put the lid of the pan on. Problem solved. No more runny whites.

Yep.. I do that with a glass lid, when I see the top go opaque I know it's ready.. so yolk is still runny but all white is cooked.
