...that would require a 3lb loss per week, which is only healthy in the very obese. And you’re already close to your goal weight.
How exactly are you planning on achievng a 1500 kcal deficit per day without harming yourself?21 -
I am living the Keto lifestyle and I have been slacking the past month. Since Oct I was averaging a 2 pound loss a week and allowing myself cheat days. I was not exercising at all. To get to goal I plan on being very strict and having no cheat days, unlike before. I also plan on exercising at least 3 times a week which I did not do before.17

With only 15lbs left to lose, I would highly recommend going less aggressive to reduce muscle loss and burn out.18

Yeah It's better you change your goal to lose 0.5 pounds a week and just being happy with how much you lose by that time. Also ensure you're incorporating some strength training into your workout if you haven't started I'd recommend you do so. Good luck!!5

Keto works by creating a calorie deficit. And giving up cheat days and starting a bit of exercise is not going to give you a 1500 kcal-a-day deficit.
To put this into context: I am a slightly taller-than-average woman, 12 lb from goal, who exercises (either lightly by walking, or moderately by going to gym classes) seven days a week. In order to achieve a 1500 kcal-a-day deficit, I would have to eat no more than 500 kcal a day.
Why are you determined to set yourself up for failure?6 -

If you were losing 2 lbs per week and not exercising, you have probably already sacrificed far more muscle than you'd want to. Trying to lose the last 15 in 5 weeks will only make that worse.
If you haven't been eating low carb in this last month, you might lose a few lbs of water weight to start off. But if you do hit your goal in that time frame it will not be in a healthy fashion. And losing even more muscle mass while undereating for a month will make it far more likely you will have to struggle greatly to maintain that weight.
Best of luck losing the last 15, but I hope you will consider a more healthy approach and take more like 3-4 months to lose it. Please take care and be kind to yourself!10 -
Once at goal, then what? It might be worth using this last patch of weight loss to find a way of eating/exercising that you can sustain.3

Wait til you get to the last 1 pound. One stinkin pound I need to hit 100#. I just can’t even.....18

15 pounds in one month is not a safe or sustainable pace of weight loss for anyone. It is especially not safe, sustainable, or realistic if it's your last 15 pounds before your goal. It took me 10 months to lose the last 15 pounds of my 100 pound weight loss.9

Im 4.5 pounds from my 1st goal. At that weight my BMI should be at 24.68. It started at 180 something and now im 154.5
It has taken me 6 months of ups and downs.2 -
Marley, this is a very bad idea that you've got here... I'd urge you to listen to the advice given.2

I typically don't argue against aggressive goals on these boards because I'm approaching my weight loss aggressively myself, but what everyone else has said on here is right. Losing that much weight in a month without being quite obese to start off with is very unhealthy. I would aim for max 1 lb/week weight loss at this point, which would take you to within ten pounds of your goal, and exercise during that time to maybe provide some tone to your body and make you feel better about it.
If there's an event on May 15th that you want to look good for, losing a bunch of muscle in the next 4.5 weeks to meet your weight loss goal will not help with that.4
