How do I lose lower stomach fat?

I am losing fat everywhere else but now my lower stomach looks out of place. I’ve dropped 2 pant sizes but now I’m noticing my gut more. What are some things I can do to get rid of this?

You can not spot reduce fat. Fat around the stomach area is usually the last to go. When you get lower in body fat, the belly will start to shrink too.2

100% agree with the above, that abdominal fat it's the l last the go for many., but one can't spot reduce.
That said, one thing to take a look at, that can help appearance for some of us, is posture. Sometimes our different weight distribution when heavier get us in the habit of holding ourselves in ways that don't give us the best appearance when thinner.
It can be things like the head/chin dropping down/forward and the shoulders slumping forward, so that the ribcage drops and the belly pushes out more. Or the hips can be tilted in a way that emphasizes the belly.
Try standing in front of a mirror dressed in form-fitting clothes (or few clothes at all). Don't try to "suck it in" or tighten your belly, but experiment with pulling your shoulders down and back, pulling the shoulder blades closer together, pulling your chin back. Imagine lengthening your spine, as if an invisible string attached to the crown of your head was pulling gently upward. Center your hips below your shoulders, and experiment with their forward/back rotation to find a point that feels tall, straight and relaxed.
If any of this helps your belly look better, then exercises to improve your core and posture may be helpful - planks, for example. Simply being conscious of posture may help in itself, too - remind yourself to check and correct occasionally during the day.4
