Skinny HardGainer Newbie Help

Hi everyone!

Name is Taylor, 28yrs 183cm 58kg.

I’m a very slender guy that’s never been able to put weight on. I want to change that.

I’m going to start by focusing on my food intake. Making sure that I’m in surplus calories is my first hard step as I’m not a consistent eater. Meaning I can easily skip meals or just not eating enough in one sitting. I want to change that.

I’ve not been a big gym goer, and for now i might just start with home body weight training and a bit of yoga for limberness and for the soul. I have worked on my body before, once being a gym member and saw results extremely fast. Biceps and pecs grew so fast I was shocked. But I wasn’t doing everything all together, the eating and exercise and consistency. That’s what I want to change.

I would really love to see muscle definition, but also, Im just wanting more mass in general. But maybe that means fat...? I’m new to this. I don’t understand a lot still but I’m ready for change.
