I've been here before...

I created a few accounts and always gave up! Any ideas on how to increase willpower would be great because I NEED to lose weight lol :):)

    Will power is a self-directed thing, so no advice.

    How about creating good habits, like logging your food every day and stepping on the body weight scales? That's the only thing that has ever worked for me.

    I started here in 2007, still do those things. Still at goal weight.

    Welcome back!

    Find yourself a good support system who will keep you accountable. Tell everyone you meet (off-line that is) that you are losing weight for real this time, and set the stakes high. If money motivates you, invest in a coach, a program or even a diet-bet as that is shown to make you a lot more likely to stick with it :)
