How many times do you get all wrapped up in the negative side of things or focusing on what you aren't doing? This can happen to all of us. A simple way to change that... Change your thinking. What ARE you doing? What ARE you capable of? What ARE you taking steps toward right now? Once you change your mind your body will follow!

    Definitely. Try to phrase everything positively. It really does help. Instead of "I will not eat chips, candy or cake", say " I will eat a banana, a salad with grilled chicken and a square of dark chocolate". When I go for my walks I have stopped thinking about how early it is or how my legs may feel achy. I smell the fresh air and listen to the birds singing in the trees.
