Know your motivation

The top thing that will keep u motivated in your journey is to know why you are doing it.
What is your reason for whatever journey you are on?
Mine is to no longer have my weight stop me from performing or doing anything that i have always wanted to do like dance or hiking or traveling. With the weight it puts me and my body in harms way or makes it uncomfortable to do what i have dreamed or want to do. What i have to keep in mind that even though i love my body it stops me from esperiencing life at its fullest and doing the things that i love.
