Tracking macronutrients

I’m new to the myfitnesspal app. I’m wondering how can I make the app track and tell me what I already had during the day ( in terms of protein, carbs, and fat), rather than telling me how many macronutrients I’m missing towards reaching my goal ?

On the web version, go to FOOD > Food Diary and at the bottom of the page the grams of macros logged will be displayed there.
On the mobile apps, go to Nutrition > Nutrients >Day View or Week View to see the information.0
