I’ve watched some Youtube videos about the famous McKenzie low back stretch and the one question I have is should I hold in my abs while doing this stretch? I haven’t been able to get an answer on the videos so I decided to turn to the awesome mfb peeps.
here are a couple examples

You should engage your abs when doing the exercises. For core stability it is good to engage for all exercises.
