Hi guys,
I've read a few people talk about tdee figures for calories, I have had a look and am a little stuck on the exercise part. On the one I am looking at it asks about how many hours of exercise a week you do. Well technically I don't do any in terms of the gym or workouts, but I work nights at a supermarket 3 Times a week 21.5 hours a week of solid replenishment and when I'm home I am with my three children.
I don't know what to put my exercise level at? Any ideas?

That's not exercise, it's your job. Instead of trying to figure TDEE why not just use MFP's calculator and log intentional exercise?0

It should be thought of more as your general activity level. If that's all you do, lightly active should cover it.0
