Step 1. Seek professional help
Step 2. Stop going to weight loss sites and pro ana sites to find opinions that fuel your own broken relationship with food.
Step 3. Accept that everyone needs to eat food to live. You shouldn't feel guilty about eating any more than you do about breathing.0 -
I would recommend you speak with your physician and get help immediately.

That was really judgemental and discouraging.
OP, if you're finding it difficult, try drinking your calories alongside your normal meals. Protein shakes are good for this until you're feeling confident enough to eat bigger meals. Also, make sure you have a good support system with your friends and family, and seek medical help if you aren't already doing so.0 -
Chocolate little bits are lots of calories (and very tasty ) try snacking on things like bananas, grapes, other fruit, eat it regularly and that will add up the calories, also try things like instant noodles with a cuppa soup added, rather than just either one. Find a food you really enjoy and snack on it or try and incorporate it into meals. Good luck0

Please seek real help from a professional immediately
Your photos are very upsetting.0 -
Did you know you can pull a muscle rolling your eyes?
Although you may feel that way about the OP's question, is it really necessary to publish it as a reply? Rather than providing OP with a knowledgeable response that may be taken as constructive criticism, you clearly intended to mock her with your statement. We're all entitled to our own views, however that doesn't mean you have to openly flaunt them - especially when they are clearly negative. Eating disorders are a serious mental disorder and the OP should be applauded for attempting to get some sort of help or guidance, not to be mocked and made fun of. Generally, mockery and bullying are underlying causes for the body image and self confidence issues that are at the root of eating disorders.
To the OP,
I myself have overcome anorexia and understand the whirl wind of emotions that you are going through, however I am now recovered and use MFP in a healthful way to make better choices for my body- god knows its been abused enough and deserves adequate calories and vitamins/nutrients. If you are interested, please feel free to message me or I can give you my email.

I just read a nice article, it said the number one ingredient which you never should add in your meals is guilt!
Girl, believe me been there done that and in the end that's exactly the reason why I HAVE to loose weight now. The constant undereating backfired on me, hormones started to mess up, early premenopause and suddenly I started to gain without knowing why and what to do. The pills I recieved from the professionals made it even worse, + 30 kilos on the scale in the end! Don't go there, it's not worth it! You want to have a nice figure? Then eat! Your body needs it! Do keep in mind when you eat too little you will loose muscle and your heart is a muscle too!0 -
Please seek help, you photos make me want to cry!0

There's no guilt-free way to add calories when they're what you're afraid of. Go talk to a specialist to get help with your eating disorder. Realize that 500 calories a day is terribly unhealthy. You shouldn't feel guilty when you haven't eaten enough to stay alive on.0
