No weight gains. Why?

I weigh 180lbs and I'm trying to go to 200lbs. I've been eating about 3500 calories and they are pretty clean foods. I work out about 3×a day about 2hrs. It's been about 1 month and I haven't gained any weight. I am looking more fit but no weight gain. What's the problem?

You're not eating enough. If you look better (leaner) you could be eating at maintenance and recomping

Well, my advice from experience/bulk gone horribly wrong: do not aim for a specific number for weight.
Very hard to tell what's going on without more details...you are more fit without gaining weight (seems like a good thing to be honest with you...improved composition)

I don't know how eating clean matters or why you need to mention it in this context, eating an all healthy diet doesn't matter in body composition. You're still not eating enough if you are truly eating at 3500 calories (that means if you actually track and weigh your food accurately) and not gaining weight.

the bolded is probably your issue. why are you working out so much?
3 times a day for a total of 2 hours seems excessive. Is some of your workouts cardio? If so, reduce cardio, it ends up using your calories needed to gain into fuel for the cardio. So lower/drop the cardio, or increase the amount you eat to compensate.

What strength training program are you following?

Not gaining weight = you're not in a surplus.

Eat moar. Exercise less... and be sure to actually log accurately. You would be surprised by how much you can be off if you are estimating portion sizes.

You are burning more than you are eating. Eat more or cut down on working out?
Are you weighing your food? That made a big difference for me!

Undereating is the cause of no weight gain.
