Any women's recomp photos???

Have any women here visibly transformed their bodies without dropping major weight (say within 10 lbs), and/or gaining muscle?? I've read the recomp thread but have never seen anyone who has actually achieved visible results doing this in real life. I feel like this is what I really need to do to look better, I'm 5'4, 115 lbs and likely a high bf% though I don't have the numbers; I'm trying to lift heavy but terrified to eat more and get bigger, and am fighting the urge to just try and cut calories further to look smaller all over even if I'm not as fit. I'd really love to see photos proving that it is in fact possible to look better by eating more and lifting. Would love to see pics!!

Not sure if this qualifies as a 'recomp' but I had gotten down to 132lbs. I'm 5'5" and thought that being thinner is what I wanted. As you can see from my pic wearing the blue workout pants, I was just skinny. I had no curves and frankly I looked a little unwell. So I started eating a bit more and focused on lifting weights more than cardio and my most recent pics I'm 141lbs still fitting into all my clothes that I was wearing at 132lbs but I feel and look much better. I know it's hard to process the whole eat more and lift more concept but as scary as it was I had to at least give it a try and I'm glad I did. I want to stay in the 140's and continue focusing on lifting. My eating is also better. I try to stick to 1500-1700 calories depending on what days I'm weight training. It really is amazing.

I'm a stone heavier than last year. I've had to gain and lose weight along the way.0
