I am here to get crush this weight loss goal !!! I am ready to get back to my old self and not have any restrictions bc I'm over weight!!! I was once an 82nd airborne paratrooper. Lean, mean fighting machine. I will hold myself accountable for my decisions and workouts. If there is anyone out there who wants support and needs a accountable person to work with I am here add me. Team work and support are next to unstoppable!!! LETS GO, NO MORE EXCUSES!!!
