Controlling my drinks

How far should I control what I drink? I accidentally had a vanilla milkshake this afternoon which made me realize that I focused on the food a bit too much and neglected this other detail. I don't drink alcohols and coffee. I drink tea almost every day, sometimes mixed with milk. I try to take water at least 2 liters per day, though I fail sometimes. Anything else I should pay attention to?

Log it if it has calories, and hit, but don't exceed, your calorie target.

Just curious, how did you “accidentally” have a milkshake?

I was wondering the same thing.

    accidental milkshake lololololol

reminds mme of the woman at the cafe friday, who ordered some jumbo giant fancy coffee drink, laden with sugar and milk and lord only know what else, then made the waiter take it back to remove the whip cream because of 'the extra calories'. i was thinking 'lady, that 30 calories of whip cream is the least of your worries with that drink' lmaooooooooooo

anyways, if it has calories, log it. i dont drink my calories, aside from the creamer in my coffee which is non negotiable. i drink water and diet soda. on occasion a glass of 1 or 2% milk, but not often. Like .... once a month.

Everything that passes your lips should be logged. I've found that's the only accurate way to do it.
