What other App keeps you on track

I'm curious if anyone has any great organization or reminder IOS apps that helps keep them on track? I'm looking for something user friendly that sends notifications/reminders so I can organize my fitness plans. I have a pinterest board and use ideas from that often but I really need something better to organize my weekly game plan. Any thoughts?

    I use mapmyride to log all my work outs witch syncs with MFP. The past couple of months I have been using jefit to log all of my weight lifting.

    I use Runkeeper to track runs/walks/bikerides and auto log calories. I haven't found a need for a reminder to workout as it is a habit. You could just use the calendar app in IOS to set recurring appointments at the gym or whatever.
