Intermittent fasting and being Healthy

This healthy journey doesn't happen over night. It takes time and alot of dedication and hard work. So far I'm 1 1/2 mo into my intermittent fasting 16/8; and loss 10 lbs. Just eating healthy and occassionally exercise. Let's support one another and be healthy. I appreciate any positive feed back. Have a inspiring day ya'll
