Does anyone else do Activ Trax at your local Y or health club ? I've been doing it 2 years and it has really helped my strength training and body shape. It uses both free weights and Cybex machines for the strength training part and requires 10 minutes of warm up cardio before weights , about 20 minutes of ab work and at least 20 minutes of cardio. You can also use their app to track your workouts. If they offer it at your gym it would be worth looking into.
