Still no weight loss :(

Hi guys!

After losing 50 pounds last year I've been motivated to lose more. But for the past 3 weeks I've been working really hard and been keeping my calorie intake about 1300 a day, eating clean and going to the gym regulary, however I can't seem to shift any more weight. Every week I weigh myself and it's exactly the same. As I weighed myself today its still at 224. What could I be doing wrong? I'm really starting to lose my motivation.

3 weeks isn't that long... have patience. Log those calories as accurately as possible, stay consistently within your calorie allowance, move more and you will lose weight.

I will go 2-3 weeks with no change on the scale and then get a woosh of a couple pounds. I do lose inches pretty regularly, however. You could either take your measurements to compare or use an article of clothing to gauge your progress.

nevermind, I was able to save the image on my PC. As for not losing weight..."weight loss is not linear" is my mantra because the scale can make or break my spirit and motivation. Don't give up!
