Sweets cravings & snacks

How should I combat by cravings for sweets? I have been trying to slowly eliminate processed foods/added sugar from my diet, and I can’t seem to get through the craving for Cheerios Protein Cinnamon Almond cereal or chocolate! Can anyone offer any encouragement?
Also, filling snack ideas? I’ve been taking raw veggies and a couple hard boiled eggs and almonds, but was thinking about mixing it up! Any advice is helpful!

Either totally eliminate them or make sure you have enough calories to include them. Just have smaller portion sizes. Some will binge eat if they are totally out while others can't stop at a few so there is no right or wrong. Just what works best for you long term.5

I friend of mine recommended a low calorie ice cream. It's called halo , I've also tries one called breyers. The whole tub depending on the flavour is between 280-320 calories . Really good when your craving something sweet and it feels like a treat. I loved the vanilla and peanut butter flavour . I tried the chocolate but you could kind of tell it didn't have proper chocolate in . Also worth saying this is in the uk but I'm sure you can get similar products if your somewhere else.2
