Sweets cravings & snacks

How should I combat by cravings for sweets? I have been trying to slowly eliminate processed foods/added sugar from my diet, and I can’t seem to get through the craving for Cheerios Protein Cinnamon Almond cereal or chocolate! Can anyone offer any encouragement?
Also, filling snack ideas? I’ve been taking raw veggies and a couple hard boiled eggs and almonds, but was thinking about mixing it up! Any advice is helpful!

    I friend of mine recommended a low calorie ice cream. It's called halo , I've also tries one called breyers. The whole tub depending on the flavour is between 280-320 calories . Really good when your craving something sweet and it feels like a treat. I loved the vanilla and peanut butter flavour . I tried the chocolate but you could kind of tell it didn't have proper chocolate in . Also worth saying this is in the uk but I'm sure you can get similar products if your somewhere else.
