Celiac Troubles

Hi everyone, I’m new on this app, but that’s not what matters. What matters is that I’m trying to gain weight on a gluten free diet. I know that sounds dumb because typically you’d see weight gain when you start the diet. I did actually gain weight in the beginning but now, about 10 years into it, I started to lose weight like mad. Used to be 130, now I’m 110. Not a huge difference but I’m basically underweight now for my age, 18. I just feel like I have a hard time gaining anything with what I’m eating. Most of it is actually unhealthy and I think it’s also very repetitive. Cheese everything. Cheese pizza, lasagna, mostly those two by the way. I have things with cheese pretty much weekly on a consistent basis. It’s tiring and boring, so I try to switch it up by eating and snacking on different things. But there’s the catch. There’s not many different things around my house for me to eat. Always chips, always ice cream, this n that. But nothing that will actively help me gain back some weight. Any fellow celiacs on here that can help me out with some food suggestions? I gotta gain the weight fast. Need some help here.
