Help me get under 70kg

Hi all. I started back eating well and working out, the first 9lb literally fell off. I am looking to lose another 1/2 stone and get down to about 10:6.
I’m doing an hour incline on the treadmill running / fast walking but I’m struggling to shift the rest of the belly weight!
Any tips / advice?

Don't expect it to fall off quickly.
Eat a reasonable amount of food for your activity level and expect to see slow losses within the normal weight range.
If you feel so inclined engage in strength training.
While this may complicate your scale goals, still, it will improve your actual physique and improve your well being.
An appropriate goal deficit range might be -250 to -500 Cal a day.0 -
I’m on 1500cal which I think should be about right?0

1500 is the minimum for a male. 2lbs a week is suitable for someone who is well into the 200lb+ range.1
