Hey, sorry for the late reply. This has been a hectic week. I am not proud of my weight so far but I have posted it because it can only go down from here and we are in this for accountability. I am actually starting a new diet, which is called the fast diet. You have probably heard of it you eat normal and fast for two days during the week. I weighed in this time but I didn't get to weigh in until the afternoon, where as I normally weigh in first thing in the morning. Anyway lets see how next week goes.
I'm interested are other people trying new things or just sensible eating, with a slight reduction in calories?

Hey I'm struggling at the min I won't lie, the weather is up and down here in the UK at the min and it's making me feel very much the same, all that coupled with teenage son troubles and no loss last week and currently battling to get on par and not to go up myself on Friday's weigh in
We will get there I am sure.
I eat clean 6 out of 7 days with a treat day on day 7.
If I've got plans though for a night away of a birthday I will lapse for sure, I am def not 100% strict at all.
I have slowed gym as I still want to lose fat mass before I build too much muscle, still do classes though.
I have lost 68lbs in 26 weeks but also had 2 weeks off calorie counting at Xmas and numerous events in between.

You added the dates on Fridays, my weigh day is Wednesday, so I put my weight from wednesday on Friday.

Hey Tracie,
Good thing you have made the challenge for a few weeks it will give us a chance if we have bad weeks. It’s never easy when there are other issues eg family going on in the background. Chin up and keep going. Your plan seems more sensible than mine. That 68lb is an amazing effort. Well done. Keep up the great work.2 -

Still here! Been working 13+ hour days the past 3 days. Up a little this week, but considering I've been out of town/state for the better part of 2 weeks, I'm happy it wasn't more! Lol. Glad to be home and getting back to my routine!2 -
