Weight bench recommendation

I'm seeing to purchase a bench. I've been watching craigslist for a month or so with no luck to find a good used commercial one.
I do not know specifically what to look for, what I would like is just a solid bench that will incline, decline, and ideally go to 90 degrees.
I was looking at two models but I'm not stuck on them so if you have another suggestion please let me know. The two I was looking at were:
CAP BARBELL FID
Bodysolid GFID225
I see that Bodybuilding.com offers a bench but there are no reviews.
I'm in Chicago so if you have any suggestions for local references that would be great too.

Whats your budget? You can get a Rogue for only $500, Reebok type for around $175, or a Golds Gym for as low as $40. I'm just guessing on the prices but they are probably close. Another thing to look for may be a spot step. Adidas has some cheaper setups that include the leg extensions as well for low price.

I notice that the cap doesn't have a rack, do you already have a rack that you'll be mounting the bench inside?

I bought the Gold's Gym XRS 20 with the squat rack and I like it after a year of use. The leg curl part (don't know the technical name) doesn't go up as far as I'd like in weight (I think it tops out at around 130 or 150), but the rest of it is more than sufficient for my needs. But nothing has broken, nothing has failed. Keep in mind I am female, so I'm not lifting huge quantities.

The decline may not be sufficient enough for your needs, you might want to check out reviews on YouTube for it first. And check to make sure the rack holds enough weight for you, too. If you're a really serious or experienced lifter it's probably too entry level.
