F45 Challenge

Wondering if anyone else here is doing the F45 Challenge? It is one that is associated with the F45 gyms.

Next one starts in a couple weeks and I can’t wait for it!

    Hey, if any of you are doing the current challenge, I created a group. It's called
    F45 Yorkville Challenge - Oct 8 - Dec 2

    I intended it for some friends at the Yorkville location in Toronto, but anyone can join, really.
