Looking for friends

I am back again, this is maybe 3rd or 4th time. I have always succeeded in tracking and losing some weight for half a year or year but eventually I get bored with exercise and return to unhealthy eating and stop logging. This time I want to start just simply to log things first without any huge goals as I know that alone makes me pay more attention to what I eat and help make healthier choices. Together with that I will add some more exercise to my life. Luckily I have 2 dogs that need walking daily and now weather is getting better I will attempt to have longer walks, do yoga 2-3 times a week and re-assess in few months. I don't want to spend my life dieting, I just want to keep fit and maintain reasonable figure while still eating foods I enjoy. I am hoping this approach might work better but time will tell. It is always easier to keep accountable abut the logging if you have friends so if you would like to add me please do.
