So, I am on a mission to lose weight.
Between January 17 and October 17, I went from being 145kg to 104/5kg so roughly 40kgs lost in 10 months. Just from following the ketosis diet and exercise routine.

So I went on a holiday to America and Canada for 3 weeks in November for thanksgiving, put back on 5kgs. And until March 18. I maintained my weight at 109/11kgs. It's been fluctuating ever since.

Things have changed since November, job wise. I got promoted to a higher up role.

I work in the waste management industry and start at 2 am each morning for 5/6 days a week, 10 -13hours a day. my role when I was doing so well with my weight, was mainly cleaning wheelie bins and skips. Now I'm a garbage truck driver that manually emptys up to 12 tons of waste per day. And my truck doesn't have the magic side arm, you'd see your garbage man doing.

Before I was in my previous role,
My diet was based on a 1200 - 1500 cal diet.
I exercised 4/5 times a week at the gym for at least 2 hours a day outside of work, ( 1 hour high incline treadmill and an hour of swimming laps with flippers at the pool, for at least 2 - 3kms an hour.
Sleep was better.

Now since I am in a new role at work,
My diets still trying to be 1200 cals but can be a little more sometimes. Sweets are my weakness.
I nap in the car at the gym car park after work, for at least 1 an hour or so. Depends on how much time I end up having. I've been going over my preferred / allocated nap duration. Resulting in a decreased time to exercise.
I go to gym probs 2/3 days a week, and just doing swimming for 30/45 mins
More tired,

I normally go to bed between 7:30pm / 9pm and wake up 1:30am. Even with previous role. So I don't get much time to sleep as I do have a busy lifestyle as I study also. On weekends I sleep normally.

So what do I do?
My friends and my family and my colleagues comment about my weight loss success, despite the scales not moving. I can see my stomach is still shrinking. But scales won't move, Despite weighing in on weekends. The docs scales said I was 106kgs 3 weeks ago, my home scales added 5kg to that. It's annoying.

How do I get back on track?
Without changing jobs, but also am getting tired in working night shifts, but wanna stay in the transport industry.

Need some help...

I’m not a doctor and you obviously know your body better than I do, but 1200 seems really really low for someone your size. We’re roughly the same size and I eat about 2000/day and have been losing good weight consistently. I also don’t have an active job like you do. Undereating might also explain why you’re so tired. I’d say let the app do its work and try to eat closer to what it recommends, just be sure to log accurately.

Make sure your stats are updated on MFP (including your activity level), and get a food scale. Start weighing out your servings and making sure you are using correct entries in the database. Log accurately for at least 4 to 6 weeks and see what happens.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but there is no way an active, full grown man was eating @ 1200 cals per day consistently for 10 months. You would have collapsed. 1200 cals isn't enough for most small sedentary women. I have to assume you were not logging accurately. So start by really focusing on getting your logging on point so you know for sure how much you are eating, and go from there.

Hang in there and good luck!
