I had gastric bypass in May 2018. I initially lost 100 lbs, now back up 46. I'm struggling with the motivation to get back to good eating and activity habits. Unfortunately after a very stressful 2015, I started back to my bad eating habits and lack of exercise. I have MS and an artificial knee, which makes exercise a struggle. I hadn't been on here for a few years, I think maybe since before my surgery, but I knew if I worked at tracking, I would be able to get back to my post-operative weight (hopefully plus 36 lbs to where the doctor wanted me).
What's your story?3 -

Me too. Had surgery in 2001. Gained it all back after about 4 years plus reinforcements. I was not a big loser. Lost part of it again with the help of a nutritionist. Hovered around 250 to 275 for the last 8 years or so. Started MFP in January at 275. Down 40 something pounds.

Thank you! However, I was about 370-380 at my highest, 230 at my lowest, and currently 280. I learned how to eat around it, and didn't actually lose, and keep off, any weight for about 4 years. And it's been an up and down struggle since then.0 -

I had a lap band in 2010. My body rejected the port twice. In 13 months I had four surgeries. The last of which was converting the lap band to gastric bypass September of 201. HW265; Lowest weight 158 (2014) current 169. However I am smaller now that I was at 158. I went back up to 200 for a while. I started crossfit and macro diet. Went from a 14 or a 16 to an 8 or a ten.0
