Weights daily?

I like to do LesMills Bodypump and I also discovered a class the next day at my gym called Bootcamp. I want to do them both, but I'm afraid that I would get injured if I did weight work two days in a row. Both classes are cardio mixed with weight lifting - total body for both classes. I've always been told that you should never do weights consecutive days. Is this true?

Using weights doesn't equate to weight training. Both programs are Calisthenics or circuit training and can be done daily if you wish. You'll have to monitor your well being and recovery to determine whether or not YOU can do them daily.4
