Low Fat, Low Carb Dinner

I have about 950 calories remaining today. I still need dinner and a snack. But I’ve exceeded my fat and nearly most of my carbs.

    Meat and some vegetables.

    But I wouldn't worry too much about meeting macros for one day here or there. So, whatever you can fit in would probably be fine.

    Fajitas. Grill up some lean chicken breast with onions and peppers.

    Skinless chicken breast, fish (grilled or baked to avoid breading), egg whites.

    Is there a reason you need to keep those macros? If I had 900 calories left, I would ha e pizza or a burger.

    Thanks! I’m still learning how to plan and manage all of this. Very new here. I’m sure in time I’ll get better. Since I’ve just started, I would like to at least go a week and see if it feel reasonable. I am working with an RD, so I am sure while it may not be perfect, it’s doable. I could be changed later. :)
