I am SO frustrated

I work out 6 days a week-4 cardio and 2 strength. I eat incredibly healthy. No sugar/gluten/dairy or processed foods. I am always under 1500 calories a day and low carb. I am So frustrated because I am trying to lose 20 lbs but I keep gaining!! What am I doing wrong? I am a 39 yr old female.

It makes no difference what foods you're eating or not eating for weight loss.
Weight loss comes from creating a calorie deficit.
If you are not losing weight, you are not creating a calorie deficit.1 -
