Hi I’m new to MyFitnessPal and taking supplements. A friend of mine is selling Keto Os by Pruvit. Has anyone tried or is it a scam? I could use some advice please.

    Completely worthless scam. Ripoff. Total waste of your money. Will do absolutely nothing for weight loss or anything else beneficial.

    Diet snake oil at its finest, sold in a classic pyramid scheme. Only buy this stuff if you're interested in having more expensive urine. Your body is very good at making ketones for fuel. Unless you are a keto-adapted athlete, you don't need exogenous ketones.
