I had a friend who sauteed some sort of white fish (tilapia, whatever) in a pan with a bit of olive oil and added fresh tomatoes, capers, and balsamic vinegar. Served with sides of broccoli fixed however, and quinoa. I loved the flavor of the capers, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar and have used that recipe often. I don't have set amounts, just wing it.0

I like this thread. I do the pescatarian thing myself and I'm curious to see what people come up with.
Here is one of my crowd pleasers.
Cedar Plank Barbecued Salmon , Teriyaki
Prep day before - Soak board in water over night.
Prep day of - evenly coat salmon with salt (kosher), drizzle Kikoman Teriyaki marinade over salmon, let soak into meat 5 to 10. Prepare a marinade bag with a pocket rocket of Pinot Grigio, salt and lemon pepper.
Marinade for an hour or 2.
Prepare cedar plank, rinse off, pat dry. Coat board with coconut oil. sprinkle salt, ginger, and lemon pepper on the board.
Place fish skin side down. coat fish with spice blend. Salt, Ginger, lemon zest, Brush on Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze, top with chopped garlic and green onion.
Place on grill directly over coals about 20 to 30 mins.
Optional side dishes.
Skewer of Shitake Mushrooms - with coconut oil infused with ginger drizzle on after cooking.
Place the skewer directly on top of the fish in the grill 15 to 20 cook time.
Asparagus spears - marinade in Olive Oil and crush red pepper flakes.
50/50 blend of brown and wild rice - salt, ginger, parsley as a spice blend.
