high protein foods

ok, so i know meats, beans, dairy, nuts, eggs and things of this nature are high in protein. But are there any other "secret" foods you know are a good source for protein?

Certain grains, like wheat, can be a good source if it's a staple in your diet.0

Spinach, kale, sweet potatoes come to mind. Not too big of a secret tho.1

Tofu, soy milk, pork rinds?0

Fish!
Spirulina
Anything made from the soy bean including tofu, edamame.

When I was vegan I ate a lot of broccoli and peas as I found they had a lot of protein!1

You’ve pretty much got the main list there.. depending on if you’re watching your fats have egg white, pure protein. You don’t get a high volume of protein in green veg, things like kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas, chicken, beef (twice a week max if you want to be lean), nuts are quite good for natural fats.0
