It's time to start over

I started with MFP in March of last year. As of late January I had lost almost 75 pounds! Then life took an ugly turn - my dad went in to the hospital for what we thought was simply pneumonia. By February was given a terminal diagnosis and placed in hospice care at home and by March he was gone. My life has turned upside down! Every bit of the healthy changes I had made before January went out the window. I gained 16 pounds in 2 months. I'm not surprised given the amount of emotional eating.
So, it's back to basics for me. I've come too far to undo everything now. And still have too far to go to quit. Time to push the reset button.

Big hugs, fellow emotional eater here too, I lost my mum in March last year and fell off the wagon and put on 17lbs, I’m now trying to take control and get rid of this weight once and for all. Feel free to add me and we can support each other.0
