What's up everyone!? Though I've had MFP for a while, I'm finally getting serious about my exercise and diet. Following a horrible breakup a few years ago I put on a ton of weight and peaked at 298. I'm down to 235 and now I'm ready to invest even more to get back to my goal of 185. I'd love to hear your stories and see your feeds to keep me inspired.
