I want to define my abs but confused on my macros being a women

I want to get defined abs but I am confused as to how I attempt this as most information online is about macros for men or people that work out every hour every day.

I am 5.4 and weigh 10 stone but my stomach is flat as it’s always been a place where I never put on fat (lucky me I know, but it does go straight to my thighs, arms and face, so not so lucky).

I know I need to start by losing weight but I really need to get the food part sorted as it won’t take me long to lose the weight as I’m lucky in losing weight fast when I put my mind to it.

Any suggestions from any women who have achieved this? Or anyone really who knows how to help?

There is so much on the internet about macros etc but they all say different things and i am not great at maths or sticking to such a strict regime on a limited budget.

.Do I even need to follow macros?

Any suggestions?
