Fitiv app problems

I use the Fitiv app with my Apple watch when I exercise. (It syncs through Apple Health). Whenever I do cardio it doesn't sync - for some reason my Spin classes and time on the elliptical machine NEVER show up on MFP. Anyone know why? How to fix?

    You've probably checked for updates already for your watch, your phone, and FITiv, right? I had problems for a couple of days after the most recent updates. Going into Apple Health I saw that the sharing permissions were not enabled. I enabled them, but it still didn't sync. Then I un-installed and re-installed FITiv, restarted watch, restarted phone and no joy - and then a day later it all just started working. If you continue to have problems, contact FITiv folks - they are very responsive.
