So I am back again and hopefully this time will take. I am going into it this time with a game plan, where last time I was just like "ok I will loose weight now", watch my diet for a week, then get distracted and say what's the point.
This time I am making weekly menus ahead of time and prelogging them so each day there is no trying to figure out what to eat to fit in my limits. I also have a Y membership for little to nothing since my son works there and I hate letting something almost free go to waste...Anyone else like that? If I get something for free (think Kohls cash or credit card rewards) I cherish it more than something I paid for.

The point, as always, is to be happy. I don't know if being healthy will make you happy, but if you are healthy and happy, you can enjoy living.
Hello. Don't let the website grind you down. I don't know how to say that in Latin.
