20, sophomore in college, 5’2 (or 3?) 119 lbs.
Trying to stick to a gym routine and I actually kinda hate eating but I force myself for the gains. Not sure what I’m hoping to get out of this app but thought I’d check it out since so many people use it! I also figure friends with similar goals can’t be a bad idea.

Unfortunately, some people have to make themselves eat,like to gain, whereas others have to work hard limit their intake to lose....
If you want to achieve your gaining goal, you do have to get the calories in. Mfp will help you see how much to eat to get enough calories in - I recommend pre-logging your days food so you can spread it out over the day and select calorie dense foods that will help you get enough calories with the least volume.0
