Poly and monounsaturated fats and cholesterol

These are the good fats. They serve a lot of different functions and getting them is practically unavoidable. They are in a nuts, oils, avocados, and other high fat fruits... why does MFP set my daily goal to zero? Cholesterol is going to come naturally out any animal based product and I am not doing a vegan diet. MFP sets this goal at 300mg per day... that’s one egg almost.
I’ve noticed I can change those goals myself... does anyone have any recommendations on how many grams of each I should be consuming?

There is no RDA or suggested limit for unsaturated fat, so mfp shows 0, it should probably be N/A to avoid confusion.
I have no idea about cholesterol, sorry.2
